Grants allies in the area +10% damage dealt and +10% ATK for 10s (+0.22s per rank).
Weakening Roar
Reduces damage reduction by 15 percentage points and MAG by 15% for 10s (+0.22s per rank). Dispels one buff from each enemy hit in the area.
Rally
Grants allies in the area 15% damage reduction and +25% magic resistance for 12s.
Piercing Strike
Deals 80% ATK (+2 percentage points per rank) in the area with 15 additional percentage points of armor penetration. Bypasses shield absorption without destroying shields. Reduces armor by 15% for 12s.
War Banner
After a 2.5s cast, grants +10% damage dealt and 15% damage reduction for 12s. Heals each ally in the area for 1% of their own max HP per second for 12s, before healing bonuses and healing reduction.
