Armored Smith
A war-forger, the Blacksmith knows that good defense can become the best offense. His Breath flows through metal, reinforces his protections and adds weight to every blow he lands. Lore
War smiths, they learned that the best weapon is the armor you wear. Their Breath flows into the metal that protects them, every strike an act of defense as much as offense.
Subclass Skills (5)
Heavy Swing
The Blacksmith channels Breath into the hammer and brings it down like a red nail driven into the anvil. The sturdier the enemy armor, the louder the steel sings beneath the blow, and every breach already opened calls for a heavier strike.
Armor Dent
The Blacksmith reads enemy armor like a plate fresh from the forge, knowing exactly where the grain gives way. Their Breath sinks into the seam, and the steel quietly stops protecting the one who wears it.
Forged Retaliation
The Blacksmith spins their hammer in a wide arc while inside, their Breath beats a makeshift plate against their own chest. Counter-strike and armor are born in the same motion, the way the forge welds blow and shape into one.
Metalguard
The Blacksmith spreads their arms and their Breath unfurls like a cloak of steel over their own. Densest on themselves, then thinning over those standing at their flanks, until the whole rank rings hollow when struck.
Anvil Crash
The Blacksmith looks skyward and their Breath takes the shape of a full anvil, hung for a heartbeat above the battlefield. When it falls, anything already cracked shatters outright, and those still standing reel as though struck flat with the hammer.
