Kanarion Online sells digital goods (diamonds and cosmetics). Diamonds are a virtual currency usable only within the game, with no monetary value outside the game, not convertible to real money and non-refundable once credited to the account. Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. These goods are purely cosmetic or convenience items and grant no gameplay advantage.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase where the customer has expressly consented to its immediate supply and waived the right of withdrawal. By purchasing diamonds, you request their immediate supply and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once they are credited to your account.
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The competent mediator will be listed here before the shop opens.
