Kanarion Online is published by Marc-Élie Charleston (sole trader). This page explains how to request the deletion of your game account and its associated data, whichever platform you play on (Android, web or PC).
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion".
Email or Google account: write from the email address linked to your account. This is how we verify the account belongs to you.
Guest account: a guest account has no email address. Give us your character name; we will send you an in-game mail with a code to send back, to confirm the account is yours.
We acknowledge your request, then delete the account within 30 days. You receive a confirmation once it is done. Deletion is permanent: the account, characters and items cannot be recovered afterwards.
Your account (email address, hashed password, Google or guest identifier), all your characters and their names, their progress, their inventory, your diamonds and cosmetics, your friends and guild membership, the in-game mail you received, and your connection history (including IP addresses).
Records of purchases made on the website (order reference, date, diamonds credited) are kept for 10 years as required by accounting law, without any link to a game account. Bug reports you sent may be kept for at most 2 years, detached from your account. Messages you already sent to other players by in-game mail stay in their inbox.
You can also delete a character from the character selection screen in the game, or ask us by email to delete specific data without closing your account.
